Intercollegiate Athletics Job Summary The Assistant Director, Social Media Strategy & Content will assist in leading the Redbirds' brand development through social media. Responsibilities include monitoring the Illinois State Athletics social media community, increasing engagement and developing creative ways to drive ticket sales and fan attendance through social media. This position will manage assigned sports social media accounts with the goal of showcasing the accomplishments of ISU student-athletes and coaches and sharing all of the great things about being a Redbird to fans, recruits, alumni, etc. The Assistant Director will be tasked with establishing an overall brand and voice for the assigned accounts. This position could also assist in the management of miscellaneous athletics department accounts.Additional Information University Benefit Highlights:

Adobe Creative Suite:
Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop 6. Experience in CapCut or similar video editing platforms 7. Organized, detail-oriented, problem solver. Preferred Qualifications 1. Master's Degree Work Hours Core hours 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent weekend and night availability required. Functional Expectations Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation: 1. Effectively communicate on a daily basis. 2. Remain at a workstation for extended periods. 3. Move about in various locations across campus as needed to complete day-to-day work.
