The role involves managing and growing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels. 2. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals. 3. Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar. 4. Create, curate, and publish engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and other social media content. 5. Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and platform algorithms. 6. Research trending topics and identify opportunities for relevant and engaging content. 7. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to develop high-quality content. 8. Write creative and engaging captions, copy, and social media content. 9. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement. 10. Respond to audience queries and maintain a positive online brand presence. 11. Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools. 12. Prepare regular social media performance reports and identify areas for improvement. 13. Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new content and growth opportunities.
