• -Cell Phone Industry / Retail & E-Commerce We are looking for an energetic, creative, and sales-oriented person to help grow our business online and locally through social media content, customer engagement, and online sales support.

This is NOT a typical office marketing position. We are looking for someone who is: comfortable on camera, understands social media trends, fast with communication, enjoys interacting with customers, and can help turn content into actual sales. If you love social media, technology, phones, content creation, or online selling, this could be a great opportunity. Responsibilities Create daily Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content Record short videos/reels of phones, repairs, inventory, and promotions Appear comfortably in social media videos and promotional content Participate in livestream selling, product showcases, and online customer interaction Reply to customer DMs, comments, and inquiries Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into sales Assist customers with product recommendations and upselling opportunities Help close online and in-store sales transactions Post listings for phones and accessories Help customers with pricing, availability, and product questions Assist with online sales and local pickup coordination Keep social media pages active and engaging Help grow followers, engagement, and local brand awareness Participate in creative marketing ideas and promotions Ideal Candidate Comfortable being on camera and speaking naturally Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, and social media trends Strong communication and customer service skills Fast responder and organized Basic photo/video editing skills preferred Sales mindset and positive personality Interest in phones, technology, electronics, or online business is a big plus Reliable, motivated, and consistent Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred (Not Required) Experience with content creation Experience selling online Experience with phones/electronics Canva, CapCut, or similar editing apps Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses available Opportunity for commissions and growth Schedule Flexible full-time or part-time positions available.
