Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Associate to join our team with an esthetics, massage, or cosmetology license. We are a massage therapy business and need help with answering calls, sales is a must, booking appointments, billing for insurance a plus, posting online, inventory, cleaning, organization. 1-4 facials weekly facial. I need a sincere, kind, RESPONSIBLE person to help front of the house. We need someone depandable, who does not call in sick, punctual, genuinely kind, and familiar with sales. Right now we are hiring for 4-5 days a week 8:00 AM start time including Saturdays.Responsibilities:
- Manage client appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Assist with social media management, including creating engaging content and promoting spa services
- Provide exceptional hospitality to all clients, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage client appointments effectively
- Experience in social media management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
