Job Description

Key Responsibilities Asist in filming and editing high-quality short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, product features, behind-the-scenes content, educational videos. Develop original social media concepts that support brand awareness and audience engagement. Turn raw footage into polished, on-brand content using strong pacing, transitions, text, music, and visual effects. Assist with scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, and preparing for video shoots. Create content that highlights products, craftsmanship, customer experiences, and company culture. Adapt videos to fit the style, format, and audience of each social platform. Identify current content trends and recommend creative ways to incorporate them into the brand. Monitor content performance and use engagement insights to improve future content. Qualifications Strong interest in video for social media, digital marketing, or visual storytelling. Experience filming and editing short-form video content. A creative eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and overall presentation. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends. Ability to generate fresh ideas and turn them into finished, professional content. Strong written communication and caption-writing skills. Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects. Able to work independently while collaborating with team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Preferred:
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience using professional cameras, microphones, lighting, or stabilization equipment. Experience creating content for a business or professional social media account. Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance. Coursework or experience in marketing, communications, videography, digital media, or a related field.
