You'll be the face of our salon while also helping tell our story through engaging social media content that showcases our culture, our team, and the incredible transformations happening every day. What You'll Do - Guest Experience Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. Create a luxury first impression from the moment guests arrive. Answer incoming calls with confidence and professionalism. Respond promptly to text messages, emails, and online inquiries. Schedule and manage reservations using our salon software. Confirm reservations and assist with rescheduling when needed. Check guests in and out while processing retail and service payments. Maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming reception area. Support our stylists by keeping the day running smoothly. Assist in maintaining salon cleanliness and presentation throughout the day. Build lasting relationships with guests by learning names and anticipating their needs. Social Media & Content Creation Capture beautiful before-and-after photos of guests. Film engaging behind-the-scenes videos, transformations, tutorials, and salon life. Create fun, trendy Reels and TikTok-style videos that showcase our team's personality. Brainstorm creative content ideas and marketing campaigns. Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Respond to comments, direct messages, and online engagement professionally and promptly. Help grow our online presence by encouraging guest interaction and showcasing our salon culture. Coordinate with stylists to feature their work and celebrate team accomplishments. Stay current with social media trends, audio, hashtags, and platform updates. Assist with promotional campaigns, giveaways, seasonal events, and product launches. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate guest records. Assist with inventory and retail merchandising. Complete general administrative and office tasks. Support salon management with daily operations. Help achieve salon goals by delivering an outstanding guest experience every day. Who You Are You love connecting with people and making them feel welcome. You enjoy creating videos, taking photos, and sharing engaging content on social media. You're naturally organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and positive attitude. You notice the little details that elevate an experience from good to unforgettable. Qualifications Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Experience managing social media for a business or personal brand is highly desirable. Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva. Experience creating short-form video content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable learning new technology and salon software. Microsoft Office/Google Workspace experience. Photography and video editing experience is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
