Kat's Eye Vintage is looking for a dependable, energetic and organized person to help with our growing antiques and resale business, while also assisting with social media for an affiliated local business. This is not a desk-only job. The position combines hands-on work with antiques and merchandise, online selling, inventory organization and social media. We need someone who is comfortable getting their hands dirty, moving merchandise and switching between physical work and computer/phone work throughout the day. What You'll Do Clean and prepare antiques, collectibles, tools and other auction purchases for resale Unload, sort, categorize and organize merchandise coming in from auctions Photograph and measure items and prepare them for listing based on pricing and selling direction provided Create and manage listings on eBay and Facebook Marketplace Answer buyer messages and maintain/update listings Pack and prepare sold items for shipping Maintain organized shelving and inventory so sold items can be quickly located Separate, organize and prepare merchandise for eBay, Facebook Marketplace, antique booths and antique/collectible shows Maintain organized inventory for online sales, booth restocking and upcoming shows Help prepare, load and organize merchandise for antique/collectible shows when needed Create Facebook and Instagram posts, photos, short videos and Reels Post content in appropriate local Facebook groups Help respond to and follow up with social-media inquiries for an affiliated local custom cabinetry business Organize project photos and videos Use tools such as ChatGPT, Canva or CapCut to help create content Who We're Looking For You do not need to be an antique expert. We are looking for someone dependable, efficient and able to take direction and complete tasks without constant supervision. We will provide direction on what items need to be cleaned, photographed, listed, organized, shipped or prepared for booths and shows. Your job is to keep merchandise moving and inventory organized. You should be comfortable using a computer and smartphone, working efficiently, staying organized and switching between online work and physical inventory work throughout the day. Experience with eBay, Facebook Marketplace, antique booths, antique/collectible shows, auctions, estate sales, Facebook, Instagram, photography or social-media content is a plus, but we are more interested in someone who is reliable, productive and willing to learn our system. This position involves being on your feet, cleaning merchandise, working around shelving and inventory, and safely lifting and moving boxes and merchandise.

Schedule & Pay Pay:

$18-$22/hour depending on experience
