We're growing fast, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated, and creative person to help expand our brand, strengthen partnerships, and bring in new business. If you enjoy social media, community networking, and marketing — and want a role where every day is different — this is a great opportunity. Position Overview We are hiring a Marketing & Networking Coordinator to represent our company in the community, connect with local businesses and realtors, and help manage our digital marketing efforts. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling. We're looking for a true go-getter — someone who can take an idea, run with it, and execute with very little supervision. You will work closely with the owner and play a big role in growing the company through relationship building, content creation, and strategic marketing. ResponsibilitiesCommunity Networking & Business Outreach Visit local realtors, businesses, and organizations to build relationships Distribute business cards, flyers, and promotional material Attend networking events (when available) Help build referral partnerships with real estate teams, HOAs, property managers, etc. Marketing & Social Media Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Take photos/videos on jobs (with team permission) for social media Write captions, stories, short posts, and updates Help create postcards, mailers, or marketing materials Track engagement and report basic results Digital Advertising (Bonus Skills) Experience in any of the following is a huge plus: Facebook ads Google Ads / PPC campaigns Targeting audiences and retargeting Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies General Support Work with the owner on new marketing ideas Help maintain our brand reputation Assist with occasional light administrative tasks if needed What We're Looking For Outgoing, friendly, and confident talking to people Comfortable walking into businesses and introducing our services Creative mindset for social media and marketing Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience in marketing, networking, social media, or content creation Knowledge of Facebook Ads or Google Ads preferred Must have your own transportation Able to work independently Self-starter with a go-getter mentality — someone who takes initiative, owns their ideas, and gets things done with minimal supervision Why This Role Is Great Flexible schedule (2-3 days per week) Creative freedom and room to grow Work that is meaningful and impactful to our brand Be part of a respected, growing local business Opportunities for more hours as the company grows How to Apply Please include:
