About the RoleWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to create engaging content, grow our online presence, and showcase our people, culture, member experience, and community impact. This role supports brand awareness, engagement, recruitment, and member growth through authentic storytelling and strategic communication. Key Responsibilities Create and manage graphic, video, and written content across social and digital channels. Develop stories that highlight our brand, culture, members, team members, and community involvement. Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and support timely responses. Use content creation, social media management, and analytics tools to produce and evaluate content. Analyze engagement and performance metrics to identify trends and improve results. Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, recruitment, and growth initiatives. Ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. What We're Looking For Strong social media, digital marketing, and content creation skills. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities. Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with a focus on service and relationship building. Education & Experience Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred. Two years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related role preferred. Experience creating content for major social media platforms.
