DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST
What you'll do. The Digital Communications Strategist brings AAN's digital presence to life by developing and executing engaging content strategies across digital communication channels. This role champions AAN style and standards, creates a strong and consistent user experience, and helps drive digital innovation that supports organizational goals. In close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, this position elevates digital content to strengthen audience engagement and expand AAN's reach. What we look for.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience with email marketing, social media marketing, web production, and web best-practice tools Social and paid media expertise for all major platforms including Google, Meta, X, Reddit, and TikTok Self-starter, motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships Previous experience working in a web environment, using web tools and/or developing or editing content is preferred Experience with web editing and content management systems is preferred Experience with using Artificial Intelligence tools such as large language models and effective prompt creation is preferred Experience in creating short form video content is preferred Keen understanding of audience is preferred Design or coding knowledge is preferred Relevant education and/or experience exceeding the required qualifications may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel required - approximately 5%

Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)
