Coordinate closely with the social media team to ensure content is shared and promoted effectively across channels. Maintain and update the content publishing calendar, supporting the team with accurate scheduling and platform-specific timing recommendations. YouTube & Video Optimization Assistance Assist with YouTube channel operations, including upload preparation, publishing checks, metadata accuracy, and basic optimization tasks. Familiarity with YouTube channel publishing workflows and/or platform best practices. Experience working in a website CMS/backend system (publishing, updating pages, formatting, QA). Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keywords, metadata, trends, and optimization basics). Strong organizational/project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible and non-traditional hours including weeknights, weekends and holidays during the NFL season as needed.
NICE-TO-HAVES
