Job Description

Content Specialist Join our team as a full-time Content Specialist and help bring our clients' social media presence to life. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and has a strong eye for design and branding.
Primary Responsibilities:
Brand monthly social media content across multiple client accounts Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms Complete client revisions in a timely manner Incorporate client photography into branded content Assist with creating simple custom social media posts Distribute additional marketing assets including videos, newsletters, podcasts, and firm content Maintain organized client assets within Canva and Monday.com Collaborate with the Social Team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Requirements:
1-2+ years of professional social media or related work. Demonstrated understanding of social media and content marketing strategy. Demonstrated understanding of graphic design principles. Ability to assess social media metrics. Ability to provide creative design and copywriting solutions for social media. Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients (verbal and written). Ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure. Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Portfolio showcasing previous social media content or design projects. Bachelor's degree. Hybrid schedule working in-office in Greensboro, NC, three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday) and remote for two (Tuesday and Thursday).
