All we need is you. The opportunity The Office of Diversity Programs (ODP) at Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a motivated and inclusive student to serve as an Agent of Change. This role provides a dynamic opportunity to develop essential career skills while contributing to a welcoming, equitable campus environment. Student employees will gain valuable experience through supporting ODP's events, communications, and daily operations, while enhancing their communication, leadership, technology, and interpersonal skills in a professional setting.
Hours:
Various shifts are available and are typically between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday) with some weekend shifts required. Each employee's schedule is developed in tandem with departmental needs and student worker availability. It is expected that all student employees attend weekly staff meetings (currently scheduled on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 PM). Students are generally scheduled for 8-15 hours per week. This position is in-person only. Duties and Responsibilities are unique for each role but include: Collaborate with team members to plan and execute 2-6 monthly programs or events. Responsibilities may include menu planning, guest coordination, speaker outreach, event setup/breakdown, and decorations.
