About Zaytoun Catering Zaytoun Catering is a growing catering company based in Mount Laurel, NJ and Cherry Hill, NJ serving the South Jersey and greater Tri-state area. We bring bold, fresh Mediterranean flavors to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and everyday gatherings. Our food is the star, and we are looking for someone who can make sure the rest of the world sees it. About the Role We are hiring a Marketing and Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of how Zaytoun Catering shows up online. This is not an entry level role. We are looking for a true professional who already knows what they are doing and can hit the ground running on day one. You will be on site with our team in Mount Laurel, capturing real moments at events and in the kitchen, then turning that footage into scroll stopping content. You will run our social channels end to end, manage our Google Ads, and bring fresh ideas to the table to help us grow revenue every month. If you need training on the basics of social media, content creation, or paid ads, this role is not for you. What You Will Do Plan, shoot, edit, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and any other platforms that drive results Capture photo and video content at catering events, tastings, and inside the kitchen Write captions, hooks, and copy that match our brand voice and convert viewers into customers Build and manage a monthly content calendar Respond to DMs, comments, reviews, and inquiries quickly and professionally Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns Track performance weekly and report on what is working, what is not, and what you are testing next Research trends, competitors, and local market opportunities to bring fresh growth ideas every month Coordinate with the owner on promotions, seasonal menus, and event partnerships Maintain organized files for raw footage, edited content, and brand assets Handle light marketing admin tasks (email list management, vendor outreach, partnership follow ups) What You Need to Qualify These are firm requirements. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing and social media management Proven track record running Google Ads campaigns with measurable results Strong portfolio of content you have personally shot, edited, and posted Ability to work in person at our Mount Laurel, NJ location Reliable transportation Your own equipment for shooting and editing (phone or camera, tripod, ring light, editing software) Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or similar Excellent written English, grammar, and brand voice consistency Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own calendar without being micromanaged 3 professional references with current contact information Public links to social accounts, ad accounts, or campaigns you have managed Nice to Have Experience marketing food, hospitality, restaurants, or catering Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact) Experience with Google Business Profile and local SEO Comfortable being on camera occasionally How to Apply To be considered, your application must include: 1.
