Casa Real Property Group is seeking a creative and self-motivated Social Media Intern to help elevate our brand presence online. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and publish consistent content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (for both the office and managing broker) Respond professionally and promptly to messages, DMs, and online inquiries Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content Photograph and film office property listings, walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes content Design digital flyers, posts, and marketing materials using Canva Attend and capture photos/videos at networking, community, and agent events Coordinate with the marketing team to promote listings, open houses, and real estate services Assist with social media strategy and organic follower growth Stay current with trends in real estate marketing and social media best practices

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience with video editing tools (e.g., InShot, CapCut, Canva) Comfortable filming and directing short-form video content Flexible schedule and reliable communication Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed Local knowledge of North Jersey (Passaic, Bergen, Hudson counties) is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
