Write clever, on-brand copy for replies, proactive interactions, and cultural moments. Identify and flag high-quality fan content for potential use on LVCVA channels. Track and report on community engagement metrics, fan insights, and conversation trends.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in community management or concierge services. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred. In-depth knowledge of Las Vegas, from iconic attractions to hidden local gems. Strong experience with major social platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
