This rolecollaborates cross functionally, building and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization. TheSenior Analystis an effective communicator, has a strong sense of strategic direction and understanding of the digital/social eco-system. Essential Responsibilities Lead partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Promotions, Customer Support, Crewmembers,CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR) andImpact, and other business teams, translating business priorities into effective social content plans. Own the planning, development, and maintenance of JetBlue's organic social content calendar, proactively identifying always-on content opportunities, key business moments, and campaign priorities. Serve as project manager for day-to-day social initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring projects remain on schedule from intake through publishing. Find novel ways to express our brand to drive greater engagement and advocacy across our social media channels. Act as the team's subject matter expert on social platform best practices, including channel strategy, copy optimization, link strategy, calls-to-action, and evolving platform features. Own JetBlue's internal employee ambassador program (BlueCreators), including recruitment, engagement, content coordination, and ongoing program optimization to strengthen employee advocacy. Ownanalytical reports and utilize insights to guide content strategy and identify areas of opportunity. Supportcreative directionofassets forsocial marketing channelsalongside theSocial MediaCreative team, inclusive of creative ideation. Collaborate with theSeniorManager,Social Mediatobuild product awareness and demand generation campaigns. Support the development ofcreative and goal-orientedsocialmediabriefs, ensuringit aligns withstrategic objectives,andworkalongside key internal stakeholdersto gather necessary information and insights. Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business,oran associatedfield;OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience Three (3) years'experienceinMarketing,Social Mediaand Content Marketing, Advertising or related field Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines Ability to interact daily with people at different levels within the organization including developing and maintaining ongoing relationships Availableforsome overnight travel (10%) Demonstrated knowledge on a variety of social media channel capabilities, strengths, and attribution methodologies in efforts to drive greater measurable awareness, traffic, and conversion Must be in possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States Able to work flexible hours and be available for an emergency response on short notice Mustpass a pre-employment drug test Must belegally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship Preferred Experience and Qualifications Five (5)years' experience insocial, content, marketing oradvertising Previous Travel or airline industry experience Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, amicable and professional demeanor Strong knowledge of social media management tools (i.e.Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) Self-starter who is eager to participate and contribute
