Full Job Description Summary:

Responsible for all aspects of the Pyramid Model Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Plans and implements the daily classroom program as it relates to social emotional education and the Pyramid model. 2. Meets weekly with teaching teams to set goals and make plans for social emotional implementation. 3. Individual coaching of teachers 4. Evaluates all classrooms utilizing the TPOT measure 5. Documents areas that need to improve. 6. Goal setting weekly with teachers 7. Oversight of BIR's and input data in PIDs 8. Observation of children that have BIRs 9. Leader of behavioral support team to create plans for children with challenging behaviors 10. Creation of displays and materials for classrooms to help with interventions 11. Accepts shared responsibilities for classroom preparation, gathers materials and tasks while working with classroom team. 12. Communicates daily with parents regarding the day's events 13. Consistent interaction and meetings with parents 14. Parent resource for Pyramid implementation at home 15. Teach and utilize the book lessons and other accompaniments to Pyramid 16. Implementation of Second Step Curriculum 17. Distribution of monthly parent newsletters with a social emotional lesson 18. Organization of a monthly parent group 19. Leader in crisis situations 20. Regularly attends trainings, teacher forums, staff meetings and in-services offered at FCC. Attends all mandatory training in the community 21. Mandatory child abuse provider

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
