Job Description

Position Summary The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for managing corporate photography records, working on internal and external graphic design projects, and creating high-quality photography and video content for social media and company publications, in addition to content writing and publication. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, copywriting, and attention to detail to effectively enhance Phillips Edison content and communications strategy. Key Responsibilities Digital Asset Management Implement the company's digital asset management strategy. Manage and maintain the corporate photography and video library, ensuring all assets are organized, properly tagged, and easily accessible. Maintain and update the digital asset management system. Monitor and report on the usage and performance of digital assets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital asset management. Content Creation and Copywriting Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos for social media, company publications, and other digital platforms. Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the creation of content for various marketing materials. Develop and edit copy for social media posts, digital publications, and other marketing materials as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team and internal departments to understand content needs and deliver high-quality visuals and written materials. Ensure all visual and written content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look, feel, tone, and voice. Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, or related field. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital content creation, copywriting, and digital asset management Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software. Experience with CRM software preferred. Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
