(Required Klaviyo experience is a must) Develop comprehensive email content marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals, utilizing copywriting skills to craft persuasive messages. Manage lead segmentation processes through customer segmentation techniques to personalize messaging and improve campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing and marketing controlled experiments research to refine email strategies and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Monitor digital marketing performance metrics using web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud analytics dashboards to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, trigger personalized email sequences, and enhance overall email automation efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital marketing projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign timelines. Requirements Proven experience in email marketing software KLAVIYO with a strong understanding of email campaign management. Proficiency in HTML and CSS for customizing email templates and troubleshooting rendering issues across devices. Expertise in customer segmentation, lead segmentation strategies, and data-driven decision making to optimize campaign targeting. Strong knowledge of web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics for tracking digital marketing performance metrics. Experience with marketing automation platforms to implement automated workflows and nurture campaigns effectively. Skilled in copywriting for email content marketing that engages audiences while maintaining brand voice. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, marketing analytics, and conducting experiments to improve campaign results. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is highly desirable.
