Job Description

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media, Marketing & Sales Coordinator to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and boost revenue. This role will amplify our brand presence across digital platforms. This hybrid role blends digital storytelling with direct outreach, supporting campaigns that grow our audience and convert interest into action. You'll manage our online presence, craft compelling content, and support sales initiatives that fuel our mission and bottom line. You will manage the company's social media and clients social media presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for the company and clients Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals for the company and clients Manage content calendars and schedule posts to optimize reach and engagement for the company and clients Monitor analytics and generate performance reports; adjust strategies based on insights for the company and clients Grow our presence and engagement and ultimately generate sales for the company and clients Collaborate with internal teams to support events, product launches, and campaigns for the company and clients as needed Support email marketing, blog content, and digital advertising initiatives for the company and clients as needed Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our strategy fresh for the company and clients Sales & Outreach Support lead generation through digital campaigns, social media funnels, and targeted outreach for the company Assist in developing sales collateral, pitch decks, and promotional materials for the company Track and report on sales conversions from digital channels for the company Coordinate with sales team to align messaging and follow-up strategies for the company Engage with prospects via social platforms, email, and events to nurture relationships for the company and clients Contribute to CRM management and customer segmentation efforts for the company Qualifications 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or sales coordination Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills Analytical mindset with experience using insights to drive decisions Passion for community engagement, brand building, and revenue growth
