Position Overview The Social Media Specialist supports the mission and vision of Five Rivers Health Centers by using social media to educate and inform our patients and the community.

General Responsibilities:

1. Develops monthly social media plan and campaigns with marketing/communications manager and development manager input. 2. Creates and produces all social media content including graphic design, photos, writing and video editing. 3. Coordinates all social media data collection, provides analytical evaluations and metrics, and develops improvement plans. 4. Posts on all social media platforms daily and based on agreed-upon goals. 5. Provides input on possible new social media platforms and opportunities for growth. 6. Manages internal digital message boards via Carousel program. 7. Assists with various marketing and communications tasks.

Required Qualifications:

High-school diploma required, bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing or similar preferred. 1 year of digital media, marketing, communications, or similar experience Excellent communication skills Proven experience with a variety of social media platforms and a willingness to explore new platforms as they become available Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) preferred.
