Digital Content Photography Specialist Pawhuska - Pawhuska, OK 74056 Apply Apply Description Position Summary The Digital Content & Photography Specialist is responsible for creating, capturing, and managing engaging digital content that supports the Osage Nation's communications goals and brand identity. This role leads the development of visual and written content across social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and internal communications channels. The Specialist serves as the primary photographer for events, programs, leadership engagements, and community initiatives, producing high-quality visual assets that reflect our mission and values. This position collaborates closely with departments and leadership to plan, produce, and publish timely, strategic content that informs, engages, and strengthens community connection. The Digital Content & Photography Specialist ensures brand consistency, maintains digital asset organization and archives, monitors engagement metrics, and contributes to overall communications strategy through creative storytelling and visual documentation. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging digital content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms Serve as the primary photographer for organizational events, leadership activities, programs, and community initiatives Edit and enhance photos and visual content to ensure professional quality and brand consistency Capture visual storytelling moments that align with strategic communications goals Draft compelling captions, stories, and digital copy that reflect the organization's voice and messaging Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content across multiple platforms Track engagement metrics and analyze performance to inform future content strategy Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, including photography and multimedia files Collaborate with departments to plan and promote events, initiatives, and campaigns Ensure all digital content aligns with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and organizational policies Assist with multimedia projects, including short-form video and graphic content, as needed Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging storytelling tools Education Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience 5+ years of communications, photography, or digital media experience Portfolio of related work required Share job details to
