We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to shape and manage engaging digital campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support client growth. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this role combines strategic planning, content development, paid media execution, and performance analysis across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of both organic and paid social tactics and can translate insights into effective recommendations for a range of client needs.

Responsibilities:

Design and refine social media approaches that expand reach, encourage audience interaction, and support overall marketing goals. Plan, write, organize, and publish content across social channels while maintaining detailed editorial calendars for multiple accounts. Capture, curate, and edit visual and written assets to produce compelling platform-specific content. Launch and manage paid social initiatives that align campaign activity with client objectives and budget expectations. Oversee advertising efforts across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant emerging channels. Track key campaign metrics, evaluate results, and adjust targeting, creative, and spend based on performance trends. Partner with creative, web, and account teams to deliver cohesive messaging and coordinated marketing programs. Prepare clear reports on organic and paid performance, highlighting insights and recommending next steps. Contribute to strategy development and presentation materials for prospective client opportunities. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing. At least 1 year of direct experience managing paid social advertising campaigns. Proven ability to build and oversee successful social programs for both B2B and B2C audiences. Strong analytical capability with experience using data to improve campaign strategy and execution. Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and clients. Experience working in a fast-moving, client-facing environment with shifting priorities. Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance planning and hands-on delivery. Familiarity with Google Analytics is preferred; public relations experience is a plus.
