Job Description
Job Purpose The Photographer & Videographer is responsible for developing and executing visual content that supports and strengthens the brand identity across 40+ dental clinics. This role produces a diverse range of content, including professional headshots, patient success stories, and engaging short-form social media assets. Working closely with both corporate and clinical teams, the position serves as a key partner in capturing and communicating the organization's culture, patient experience, and brand messaging. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, visual storytelling expertise, and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of professionals and patients. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential for coordinating projects and creating authentic, impactful content. Duties and Responsibilities Execute quality corporate and clinical headshots using both natural light and off-camera studio lighting. Shoot compelling environmental portraiture and landscape/facility photography. Direct and shoot both long-form video content (e.g., patient testimonials, training videos) and short-form content (e.g., Reels, etc.). Ensure top-tier sound quality in all video productions, utilizing proper microphoning. Maintain a cohesive visual storytelling aesthetic across all platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. Partner with corporate leadership, clinical teams, and external stakeholders to bring creative visions to life. Manage a high-volume production calendar, keep digital assets meticulously organized, and meet fast-paced deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience in digital photography, videography, lighting setups (studio and natural), and pro-audio capture. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop). Knowledge of CapCut and Canto is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to make subjects feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high production output while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Maintain an organized approach to file management, equipment upkeep and scheduling. Experience with social media content production, trend-spotting and platform-specific editing is a bonus but not required. Working Conditions Works in an office setting with typical climate-control; some travel to locations is required.
