You must have at least 5,000 followers on your Instagram account. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic Social Media Manager/Administrative Assistant. About 50% of your time will be spent on administrative support to the team and about 50% will be spent on managing our social media account. Our company sells tracker for music festivals and other large events that allows friends to find and text each other even when cell signals disappear. This role is perfect for a creative professional passionate about crafting compelling content, engaging audiences, and driving brand growth through innovative marketing campaigns. As a key driver of our digital marketing efforts, you will develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, boost engagement, and support our overall business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage this data to refine marketing strategies. Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for search engine visibility. Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions. Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports to measure ROI and inform future initiatives. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster strong community relationships. Manage calendars and meetings for the team Arrange travel and team meetings and attendance at festivals Qualifications Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application). Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that drive results. Excellent content creation skills including video editing, photography, proofreading, and storytelling. Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly. Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
