We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Social & Digital Media Ads, Tracking & Analyst Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns across multiple social media and online platforms. You will track performance metrics, implement advanced tracking solutions, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. Familiarity with Wordpress, updates, tracking and maintenance required. The ideal candidate has significant experience selling tickets online for live touring shows. This person is not just uber-familiar with existing platforms in the traditional digital space (META/Google), but has an eye on emerging trends/tech, and can implement a cohesive targeted marketing plan across the applicable cyber-verse for each engagement of our traveling events.COLLABORATIVE

1. Digital & Social Media Advertising Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Optimize ad performance by adjusting budgets, audience targeting, and creative elements. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies. Monitor ad spending and ensure cost-effective campaign performance. 2. Tracking & Analytics Implement and manage tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and other analytics tools. Ensure proper event tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling. Troubleshoot and resolve any tracking or data discrepancies. Wordpress, updates, tracking and maintenance . 3. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Looker Studio and other analytics platforms. Generate detailed reports with key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and audience engagement. 4. Strategy & Optimization Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, new ad formats, and algorithm updates. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and messaging. Continuously test and refine targeting strategies to reach the right audience. Optimize landing pages and conversion paths for improved performance.Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:
3+ years in digital advertising, social media marketing, or performance marketing.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies. Familiarity with attribution modeling and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with Wordpress, updates, tracking and maintenance required.Soft Skills:
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
