In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to engage audiences effectively. Your expertise in social listening, graphic design, and digital marketing will drive brand awareness and foster meaningful relationships with our online community. The Opportunity 220 Marketing supports over 1,000 mortgage, real estate, and insurance professionals nationwide. Our clients rely on us not only for marketing tools, but for consistent execution, accountability, and long-term partnership. This role plays a direct part in managing and growing those client relationships through our social media service. You will oversee client accounts, guide strategy conversations, operate within structured systems, and contribute directly to client retention and revenue growth. This position combines client communication, system execution, and measurable performance standards within a clearly defined operational framework. Core Areas of Responsibility Client Account Management & Strategy o Manage a portfolio of social media clients across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn o Lead client conversations focused on: Referral generation Audience engagement Platform usage and consistency o Guide clients on how to actively use their social presence o Identify gaps in performance and recommend clear next steps- Client Retention & Growth o Manage accounts relationships and round out services o Identify at-risk accounts and take proactive action o Reinforce long-term value of the service (visibility, referrals, brand presence) o Recommend and implement account upgrades when appropriate o Contribute directly to retention, upsells, and overall account growth
- Social Media Operations Execution o Manage and maintain account posting through internal automation systems o Upload and organize content schedules via workflows o Ensure all accounts follow posting standards, frequency, and structure o Coordinate branding updates for higher-tier accounts o Maintain organization of assets within Canva and internal systems
- Client Communication & Follow-Up o Maintain consistent outreach cadence across all assigned accounts o Follow up on missed appointments and inactive clients o Document all interactions and updates within CRM systems o Keep conversations focused on progress, strategy, and next steps
- Workflow & Performance Accountability o Maintain QA standards and execution accuracy across all accounts o Meet monthly retention, communication, and activity benchmarks o Manage workload across multiple accounts without missed deadlines o Operate effectively within structured systems and repeatable workflows o Take full ownership of assigned accounts and outcomes What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days By the end of your first 90 days, successful team members: o Confidently manage client conversations and guide strategy discussions o Operate all internal systems (automation, scheduling, CRM) independently o Maintain consistent execution across assigned accounts without gaps o Identify retention risks early and take appropriate action o Contribute to retention and account growth through steady performance Traits That Matter More Than Experience You will likely thrive in this role if you: • Stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities at once • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients • Are comfortable working within structured systems and processes • Take ownership of outcomes, not just assigned tasks • Remain consistent in execution day-to-day • Can handle direct conversations and push back when needed • Learn quickly and adapt without constant direction
