Job Description
I am looking for a Marketing Intern who wants to start and build their career by creating content, learning AI tools, and working directly with real small businesses in NJ and PA. This internship is hands-on at an automotive body shop and other local service businesses, focused on video, photo, and social media content that drives real leads and customers. Responsibilities Create short-form video, photo, and written content for social media, websites, and basic ads (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Visit body shops and local businesses in NJ/PA to film, photograph, and document real repair workflows, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes operations. Edit content using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar, and prepare it for posting with strong hooks and clear messaging. Use AI tools (chat-based models, image/video tools, automation tools) to brainstorm ideas, draft scripts, generate variations, and speed up content production. Help manage and grow social channels by posting consistently, following content calendars, and applying current social media trends. Monitor basic performance metrics (views, engagement, clicks) and share simple takeaways on what content is working. Participate in strategy conversations about campaigns, offers, and content series for multiple shops and marketing projects.
