Potential Full-Time Salaried Position We are looking for a creative, personable, and motivated Social Media Marketing Assistant Intern to join our growing marketing team. This is an entry-level position with strong potential to transition into a full-time salaried marketing role for the right candidate. The ideal applicant is interested in building a long-term career in social media, content creation, digital marketing, events, and creative projects . Responsibilities Create and edit social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Travel to clinic locations throughout the Austin and San Antonio areas to film and photograph content Edit short-form videos, patient testimonials, educational content, and promotional videos Assist with social media calendars, campaigns, and analytics Create graphics and promotional materials Research community events, partnerships, collaborations, and influencer opportunities Assist with event planning and coordination Update website content through WordPress Use AI tools for content creation, research, marketing, and creative projects Help develop new campaign ideas and larger creative projects Preferred Skills Applicants should have experience or familiarity with: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom CapCut and other video editing software AI marketing and content creation tools WordPress Canva Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Basic social media analytics

During the first month , the intern must be available to meet in person approximately two days per week for training, clinic visits, and content creation. Some meetings may later be completed through Zoom. The interview must be completed in person. This is a paid internship , and a stipend will be provided to help cover gas and required clinic travel. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview. The internship will typically last 3-6 months . Successful interns may be considered for a full-time salaried position, generally working Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
