Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media, Marketing, and Business Development professional to elevate our brand presence and drive growth across digital platforms. Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules. Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities for actionable insights. Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility. Design eye-catching graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize ROI. Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly. Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through public relations efforts to enhance brand awareness. Support e-commerce initiatives by creating compelling product descriptions, promotional content, and managing online storefronts. Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives and digital marketing projects to ensure cohesive messaging. Skills Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Expertise in social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand sentiment and industry trends. Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools. Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI optimization. Excellent content creation skills including writing, photography, video editing, and proofreading. Ability to develop engaging visual assets for social media campaigns using graphic design software. Strong relationship management skills for influencer outreach, public relations efforts, and partnership building. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing best practices for online sales growth. Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
