Job Description

Social Media & Marketing Intern Position Overview The Social Media & Marketing Intern will help grow the New England Force brand by creating engaging digital content, supporting marketing campaigns, and increasing fan engagement across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for students interested in sports marketing, communications, and digital media. Responsibilities Create and schedule social media content. Capture photo and video content during games, practices, and events. Design graphics and promotional materials. Assist with marketing campaigns and sponsorship promotions. Monitor social media engagement and respond to fan interactions. Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Track analytics and provide performance reports. Support community outreach and promotional events. Preferred Qualifications Interest in sports marketing or communications. Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
