Social Media Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, Remote) Marketing Makeover | Work from Home Come help local businesses look as good online as they do in real life. At Marketing Makeover, we've spent 6 years helping businesses show up, stand out, and get noticed on social media. We manage 22+ clients every month, and we're looking for a full-time teammate who loves this work as much as we do. About the gig No two days look the same here, and that's the fun of it. One morning you might be editing a short-form video, the next you're planning a content session, writing captions that actually sound like a human, or building a strategy for a client who's ready to grow. What you'll do Edit video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and more) Plan content sessions and help bring them to life Create content: graphics + on site content Schedule and publish posts across platforms Pull and send analytics reports to clients Help shape social strategy and give clients ideas that move the needle Handle admin tasks that keep the whole operation running smoothly You might be a great fit if you Live and breathe social media (you notice trends before they're trends) Are comfortable editing video, or are eager to level up fast Write like a person, not a robot Stay organized and can juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball Are a self-starter who does well working from home Communicate clearly and take ownership of your work Enjoy variety and don't need every day to look the same Bonus points for Experience with a social media agency or in a marketing role A creative eye and opinions about good content (we want to hear them!)
