Senior Digital Social Media Analyst ( not an organic content creator ) to manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, among others. Our candidate must have a minimum of three years of successful agency-level experience in social media buying, particularly Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. Please note, this position is HYBRID - minimum 3x days in office and 2x WFH, so you should live within driving distance of our office in downtown Toms River, New Jersey. You'll play a key role in driving performance for our partner agencies and their clients, using data, creativity, and curiosity to shape winning paid social strategies.

What You'll Do:

Work hard and work smart to deliver client campaign performance. Help lead the direction of our Ad Operations team for agencies all over the country. Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Analyze performance metrics to drive better ROI and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with account and creative teams to align strategies and client goals. Develop client-ready performance reports that clearly communicate insights and results. Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes to keep Conduit Digital's social team cutting-edge.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of three years of agency-level paid social media planning and buying experience required . Real hands-on experience buying ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and ideally TikTok. Meta Blueprint certification strongly preferred! Deep understanding of social ad platforms, audience targeting, and creative testing. Strong communication and presentation skills as there will be agency/client-facing opportunities. Driven, curious, and organized with a proactive, "figure-it-out" mindset.
