Fresh perspectives are at the core of our growth, and we're seeking a driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to manage and grow several social media accounts m ostly involving Red Note/Red Book. This role is hybrid/remote , with in-store visits required. Role Overview This position focuses on building engaging digital content, expanding brand awareness, and driving foot traffic through strategic social media execution. Key Responsibilities Participate in weekly virtual strategy sessions with the marketing team Develop creative content plans and social media concepts on a weekly basis Manage and publish posts across multiple social media platforms accounts Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with influencers for campaigns and promotions Visit the physical store 2-3 times per week to capture short-form videos and promotional content tied to events and specials Qualifications Prior experience managing social media for a brand, business, or personal platform

FLUENCY IN MANDARIN, WRITTEN AND SPOKEN

Strong understanding of social trends and content performance Able to commit 18-24 hours per week Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
