Social Media & Video Content Consultant We are a growing real estate and property management company looking for a creative, energetic, and consistent Social Media & Video Content Consultant to help us tell our story, showcase our properties, and grow our local brand. This is NOT a fully remote position. You must be local to the Fuquay-Varina/Raleigh area and available to regularly visit our office, properties, listings, events, and team activities to capture authentic content. We are looking for someone who has some experience with social media marketing and content creation and, most importantly, someone who is creative, dependable, organized, and full of ideas.

What we need:

Create and manage consistent social media content Shoot and edit short-form video, Reels, property tours, and behind-the-scenes content Develop creative ideas that highlight our team, listings, property management company, community involvement, and local market Help create and maintain a social media content calendar Attend occasional listings, open houses, community events, team activities, and other opportunities to capture content Keep our brand active, current, professional, and

PERSONAL

Help us increase engagement and grow our local audience Be comfortable directing team members during video shoots and helping us create content that feels natural—not overly scripted Stay current on social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table Our ideal person: You have experience creating social media content and video, understand platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, and know how to turn everyday business activities into engaging content. Experience with real estate is a plus, but it is not required. We need someone who doesn't have to be told every week what to post. We want a person who will learn our companies, understand our personalities and goals, and become a creative partner in building our brands. This position could be structured as part-time or contract/consulting depending on experience and the right fit. We are growing, we have A LOT going on, and there is no shortage of content—we need the right person to help us capture it and tell our story consistently! Interested?
