This role focuses on content creation, short-form video (Reels/TikTok), and local brand marketing to drive customer engagement and in-store traffic. Key Responsibilities Create and schedule social media content (Instagram posts, Reels, TikTok videos) Capture photo and video content in-store and at farmers markets / events Develop engaging short-form video content and trending posts Manage social media accounts , including comments and DMs Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal marketing Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics Collaborate with team to promote new drinks, specials, and events Qualifications Experience in social media management or content creation Strong skills in Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video editing Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar Creative eye for branding, photography, and videography Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Ability to work on-site occasionally for content capture Preferred Experience in food & beverage, coffee shop, or retail marketing Knowledge of local marketing, small business branding, or influencer content Compensation & Schedule Part-time, flexible hours(8-15 hours/week) Some weekend availability for farmers markets and events Performance bonus available Why Join Us Work with a growing, local coffee brand Creative freedom to shape our social media presence Performance bonus available
