As an Assistant Manager, Social Media at Pure Fishing, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence, connecting with outdoor enthusiasts, and growing our digital community. What you will do:
Create & Curate Content
- Develop eye-catching visuals, videos, and text that resonate with our audience. Manage Social Media Calendars
- Plan and schedule content to align with marketing initiatives. Engage with the Community
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and interact with followers. Analyze & Report
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategies. Stay Ahead of Trends

As an Assistant Manager, Social Media, you'll work in a fast-moving, creative space where ideas turn into impactful content. You'll balance content creation, analytics, and community engagement, all while working closely with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life online. Expect a mix of collaboration, innovation, and excitement every day! What you will need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Proven social media management experience (internships, personal branding, or previous roles). Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities. A strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics. Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
