Job Description
Social Media & Marketing Intern (Paid, Summer/Year-Round) Paid internship $15-$18/hr In-office College students About the role We're a growing company with an active, in-house social media team — and we're looking for a motivated college student to join us as a paid, year-round intern. This isn't a coffee-and-copies internship. You'll be hands-on from day one, working alongside our video producer, graphic designer, and social media team across real content for real audiences. This is a great fit if you're studying marketing, communications, graphic design, film/media, or a related field and want practical experience across the full content creation process. What you'll do Assist with scheduling and publishing content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Help create graphics and visual assets for social media using Canva or Adobe tools Support video editing for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts Write captions and copy drafts for review by the team Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement Assist with content calendar planning and organization Help with behind-the-scenes content capture as needed Learn how to pull and interpret basic performance reports What we're looking for Currently enrolled in a college or university program (marketing, communications, graphic design, media, or related field preferred) A genuine passion for social media and digital content Some experience or coursework in graphic design, video editing, or social media Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar — even if self-taught Creative, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment Able to work in-office on a consistent weekly schedule Nice to have Your own social media presence or personal content projects Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Photoshop Photography skills or comfort on camera Eligible to receive college credit (we're happy to support paperwork) What we offer $15-$18/hr based on experience and skills Year-round, ongoing position — not just a one-semester deal Real hands-on experience across social media, design, and video In-office, collaborative team environment Flexible scheduling to work around your classes College credit support available if needed To apply, please submit your resume and any examples of your work — social accounts you manage, design samples, video edits, or class projects are all welcome.
