Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities Attend Leadership Development classes as available Attend weekly intern meetings to discuss jobs of the week and learn about the different functions of a theme park Assist the social media team in executing all interactive efforts across social media, including influencers, social content, community management and social media reporting Assist the social media team in maintaining influencer inquiries and partnerships via AspireIQ, and scheduling and creating content for Pink Jeep and Dollywood Parks & Resorts' channels via Sprout Social Work with Dollywood Parks & Resorts personnel to obtain, develop and proof content for all social/PR campaigns Work with Public Relations and Social Media team to support PR and Dollywood Parks & Resorts' events (media visits, park events, etc.) Assist in social media analytics tracking for Dollywood Parks & Resorts' channels and evaluate results to adjust strategy to improve/meet goals Monitor all social media channels via Sprout on a daily/frequent basis, identifying issues or opportunities, and interacting with the Social Media Supervisor to address needs Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time Education and Experience Required Must be 18 years of age At least junior-level status at a college, university or technical school Concentration in Communications, Social Media, Marketing and/or related field Excellent multi-tasking skills required to manage and create daily digital content Adhere to team scheduling requirements including nights, weekends and holidays, as required Interest in theme park, entertainment industry, brand marketing, preferred but not required Ability to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy. Environmental Conditions Lifting and Carrying :

Position may require occasional to frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs utilizing company's safety guidelines for safe lifting
