Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to engage our audience and strengthen our brand identity. Your creativity and strategic mindset will drive our digital marketing efforts forward, ensuring we connect meaningfully with our community and prospects. Responsibilities Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X Develop engaging graphics, captions, short videos, and promotional content Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas and strategies Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Track analytics and prepare performance reports with recommendations for growth Coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and events Collaborate with management and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging Assist with photography, video content, and community engagement initiatives Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools preferred Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Photography and video editing experience Paid social media advertising experience Basic graphic design skills We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
