You'll film at our shoots, edit short-form videos, and post every day. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys making content and has a desire to understand why some videos take off and others don't. About Us Namaste Bernedoodles is a Bernedoodle breeding program in Dallas, TX. Bernedoodles are when the Bernese meet the Poodle. Which means devoted, intelligent companions who also have low-non shedding coats. What You'll Do

•This position is not remote . Do not apply if you can't make it to Dallas 75229 Monday-Friday

•Attend shoots Monday through Friday to film puppies and dogs Organize footage and manage the content calendar in Airtable Post daily on socials, currently a carousel of the day's litter and a short-form video Edit Reels with strong hooks, on-screen text, and captions Build carousels in Canva Run our Instagram Stories Respond to comments and engage with families who tag us in their dogs' posts Follow our brand voice and content guidelines across every post, caption, and reply What We're Looking For Experience creating or editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) Interest in what makes a video perform, including the hook, packaging, and pacing Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook's community guidelines, or eagerness to learn how they apply to our account Friendly and warm with people online Organized and reliable, with a system for keeping track of your work You enjoy working with animals Comfortable with dogs or puppies in your car to help transport them to our shoot location Nice to Have Experience managing a brand's Instagram or Facebook Experience with Airtable Experience with pet, lifestyle, or educational content Requirements A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and current auto liability insurance In person at our Dallas shoot location Monday through Friday Some weekend work for posting and comments Comfortable on your feet, outdoors at times, and handling puppies Clear communication, in writing and in person Can work with Google Workspace or similar tools Why Work Here A large, engaged audience that already watches what we post We promote quickly and raise pay when people do great work A role that allows you to explore, innovate and grow, all while helping families find their dream dog Your creativity will help shape our online identity while your analytical skills will ensure our strategies deliver measurable results.
