Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Webinar & Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and foster meaningful engagement across multiple platforms. In this role, you will orchestrate compelling webinars that educate and inspire our audience while strategically managing our social media channels to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and cultivate community. Your energetic approach and creative flair will ensure our content resonates, amplifies our message, and strengthens relationships with diverse audiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives that make a real impact. Duties Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging webinars from conception through delivery, ensuring seamless technical setup and audience interaction. Experience with both Zoom and Teams for delivery of podcasts and webinar hosting Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Create captivating content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Manage social media scheduling and publishing using possible tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to maintain consistent posting schedules. Monitor social listening channels to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and respond promptly to comments or inquiries to foster community engagement. Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on key metrics regularly. Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance branding efforts through media outreach, press releases, and relationship management. Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging social media features, and best practices in video editing and photography to keep content fresh and innovative. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or other video editing software), and Adobe Creative Suite applications. Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Hands-on experience with Hootsuite, Buffer (application), Facebook Advertising, and other scheduling or advertising tools. Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research strategies, and content creation best practices for maximum online visibility. Strong graphic design skills complemented by an eye for branding consistency across all digital assets. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional relationship management skills for engaging stakeholders internally and externally.
