We supply research-grade compounds, and every batch is tested in-house and by an independent third-party lab, then backed by a Certificate of Analysis. We're an established, growing company, and we want the people who help us grow to grow with us. About the role You'll be the first point of contact between Nova and the creators we want on our team. Your job is to find social media creators who would make great affiliate partners, start the conversation, and hand every interested lead to our Affiliate Relationship Manager, who screens, schedules, and onboards them. Because you're an established creator yourself, your messages get read and answered, including by high-profile creators. The hours are flexible and part-time, and you earn commission when the creators you bring in perform. What you'll do Build target lists of creators on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and X with an engaged following, real on-camera charisma, and content that fits a research-focused brand. Spot rising creators early, before their inboxes fill up with brand offers. Start conversations with personal messages built around a strong hook, and follow up with persistence and good judgment. Use more than one path to reach each creator, including other platforms, email, and mutual connections. Gauge each creator's interest and fit, then hand the lead to the Affiliate Relationship Manager with their name, contact details, social profiles, and notes on what matters to them. Track your outreach and report weekly on messages sent, replies, and leads handed off. Keep every conversation consistent with our research-use-only standards and each platform's rules. You'll thrive here if Other creators already know your name, and your messages get opened. You already spend time on TikTok and Reels and notice which creators are breaking out. Starting conversations with people you don't know energizes you. A "no" or a missed reply doesn't slow you down. You like hitting a weekly number and watching your pipeline grow. What you'll bring An established social media presence with at least 25,000 followers on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, or X, and a reputation that gets replies from other creators, including high-profile ones. Deep, everyday knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and X, including which creators and content formats are gaining traction. An eye for the right creators: real engagement rather than just follower counts, a strong on-camera presence, and an audience that fits our brand. Sharp, personal writing that earns a reply.

Consistency:

about 100 thoughtful outreach messages a week, tracked in a CRM or spreadsheet. A self-starter mindset. You follow through and you follow up.
