We are looking for a front desk concierge who is passionate about health, wellness, and creating an elevated client experience. This is not a typical receptionist role. You will be the face of Melt, guiding clients through services like red light therapy, cold plunge, IV Therapy, and advanced aesthetics treatments.

What You'll Do:

greet clients and deliver a high-end, welcoming experience educate clients on wellness and aesthetic services (training provided) assist in recommending services and memberships manage bookings, check-ins, and payments maintain a clean, organized, luxury front desk environment capture content and assist with social media (stories, posts, behind the scenes)
