This role combines executive support, administrative coordination, customer service, social media management, and team leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and helping create an exceptional experience for both customers and team members. This is a flexible, part-time position with opportunities to work between 20-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation Schedule meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared Assist with project management and follow-up on key action items Organize digital files, documents, and business records Handle various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Team Coordination & Operations Schedule weekly staff meetings and ensure attendees are prepared Create meeting agendas and assist with meeting notes and follow-up action items Help maintain communication and accountability across team members Support operational processes and workflow management MSM Racing Team Leadership Serve as the primary coordinator for the MSM Racing Team Schedule and facilitate team meetings and communications Manage team merchandise and product orders Coordinate sponsorship and team-related initiatives Support drivers and team members with logistics and communication Help foster a positive team culture and build team morale Assist in planning team events, appearances, and community engagement opportunities Social Media & Marketing Support Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules Assist with content organization, planning, and execution Monitor engagement and communicate important customer inquiries to leadership Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns Create and distribute weekly email newsletters Customer Service Respond to customer service emails and inquiries professionally and promptly Assist customers with order questions, product information, and general support Help maintain a positive customer experience and brand reputation Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously High attention to detail and follow-through Self-motivated and capable of working independently Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude Comfortable working with teams, customers, and leadership Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools preferred Previous administrative assistant, executive assistant, customer service, event coordination, social media, or community management experience is a plus What We Offer Flexible work schedule (Monday-Friday) Part-time position with opportunities for 20-40 hours per week Direct mentorship from the CEO and leadership team Opportunity to work closely with the MSM Racing Team and growing brand partnerships Exposure to marketing, content creation, business operations, and community building Opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibilities as the company expands Schedule Monday-Friday Flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM 15-30 hours per week
