Administrative Assistant/Social Media Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Administrative Assistant / Social Media Manager to support daily operations and lead our digital presence. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism Manage multiple email accounts and maintain organized communication Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and internal records Assist with bid preparation, registration, and submission processes Coordinate conference registrations, travel arrangements, and reservations Prepare materials and logistics for trade shows and events Order and manage marketing supplies Pick up and distribute mail daily Assist with transporting vehicles as needed

Social Media & Marketing:

Capture content (photos/videos) of builds and shop activity Create and post weekly content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Manage multiple social media accounts with unique content strategies Edit videos and graphics for marketing use Update and maintain company website Create and distribute monthly company newsletter Qualifications (Preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Creative mindset with an eye for content and branding Positive attitude and strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and OneDrive Comfortable managing multiple email accounts Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) Basic knowledge of content creation and editing tools Ability to adapt and learn new technology quickly Why Join Pro-Fit Outfitters?
