This is an in-office role in San Antonio, because being on-site with the creative team and our equipment is part of how the work gets done. If you do your best work when you own accounts, hit targets, and can also turn around the creative those accounts need, this role is built for you. AI supports the work, it does not replace the judgment behind it Escalates strategic questions, budget decisions, and performance anomalies to the Media Director with supporting data and a clear description of the issue Qualifications 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, not just posting organic content Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate Understanding of pixel setup, custom conversions, and attribution windows Experience managing monthly budgets across multiple client accounts simultaneously High attention to detail. You catch your own mistakes before anyone else does Comfortable working within established processes and account structures.
