What You Will Do Drive Sales & Volume:

Manage the complete sales cycle from greeting walk-in prospects to closing deals and celebrating with new homeowners.

Leverage Social Media:

Build a strong digital presence using video, social media platforms, and modern marketing strategies to generate high-quality organic leads.

Consult & Educate:

Understand the unique needs of families looking for affordable housing options and guide them seamlessly through the home-buying process.

Utilize Modern Tech:

Master our internal systems, CRM tools, and digital paperwork processes efficiently.

Collaborate:

Work closely with the management, finance, and setup teams to ensure a smooth delivery and transition for every client.

What We Are Looking For Proven Sales Experience:

You have a track record of closing deals (experience in manufactured housing, automotive, or high-ticket retail sales is a major plus).
