Job Description

Mayvin is seeking a Social Media Exploitation Expert who has technical skills with ten or more years of experience in computer science or a similar field in a similar position focusing on law enforcement, the intelligence community, or business intelligence to identify, develop, and establish processes and procedures for open source/social media exploitation investigative requirements supporting the United States Marshals Service (USMS) - Judicial Security Division (JSD). Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement investigative/analytic tool organizational processes, procedures, and policies for passive and interactive online activity Draft quality and comprehensive DOJ Privacy Threshold Assessments and Privacy Impact Assessments Develop online investigative capability technical and privacy evaluation criteria Identify Internet Managed Attribution Systems, enabling anonymous investigative activities online Identify open source/social media exploitation occupational standards, skill sets, investigative tools, and capabilities Identify current training, skill set analysis, and gap analysis/training needs assessments Identify manpower and resources necessary for implementing enterprise-wide capability acquisition and integration Attend work-related conferences, meetings, or any other official training or function as needed
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience in law enforcement or intelligence communities Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with common stacks Knowledge of multiple back-end languages, such as C#, Java, Python, etc. Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular React and Node.js Familiarity with databases (such as MySQL and MongoDB), web servers (such as Apache), and User Interface & User Experience (UI/UX) design. Experience working with non-technical staff to help develop innovative technical solutions to ambiguous problems. Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail
